This trampoline superceeds any that we looked at in shops. We purchased in good faith what it looked like on the internet and have been very impressed with the quality and general look of the trampoline. We bought the 12 foot trampoline for our 3 year old son for Christmas. I did alot of research and decided on Big Bounce and were very impressed with all aspects of purchasing the trampoline from the easy to get around website, friendly staff and very quick delivery. The website video on how to assemble the trampoline was very easy to follow and after a couple of hours it was ready to enjoy. The whole family loves the 12ft BigBounce! We originally purchased this with safety in mind for our toddler, however we are all enjoying bouncing on this toddler, teenager and parents alike. I spent a while looking around for trampolines before purchasing one for my family for christmas. Taking into account the overall look and cost the Big Bounce one deffinately was the best option. When the trampoline arrived it had all the tools to put it together and with the instruction manual and video it was extremely easy and fast to put together and looks supurb, cant help but notice how it looks better than other trampolines in the neighbourhood! This trampoline was put together under minimal lights once the kids were in bed so they thought it was from 'father christmas' - and it was a breeze. We watched the video and It went together first time with no problems!!
My 2 year old spends hours on it already and because of the netting I have no worries leaving him out bouncing around on his own...and we are having some fabulous family time hanging out on it too.

Our family is really enjoying our new tramp. After much research about tramps.
We brought a 10ft Big bounce from No.1 Fitness for Christmas, for our 3 young boys ages 7y, 5y and 3y to use.
It arrived just before the huge amount of rain and floods happened in Nelson. We were all excited to get it put together, so we put our rain coats on, as there were light showers and as a family we all helped, it was easy and quick to make up, well made and we managed to get our first bounce on it before the rain.
Has been well used by the boys, Mum and Dad, great for exercise and heaps of fun. I can see it being a firm favorite for years to come.

We couldn't be happier our 2 1/2 year old son has so much energy and with a new baby in the it's perfect he spends hours bouncing away so much better to be out in the fresh air than in front of the tv Whil mum is busy feeding baby! Expecting the worst, we set aside a few hours to put it together on Christmas Eve, but were pleasantly surprised - it took under an hour! I found the company very easy and profesional to deal with, everything went exactly to plan.
Construction was so easy we didn't even read the instructions untill we came to a problem, but step 7 is still easy enough when you have finished. We found the 12ft has ample room for two kids and and dad.

I am thoroughly delighted with the Big Bounce X-TREME trampoline I purchased for Christmas 2011. My grandaughter is having so much fun with it and Im sure I am getting fit playing on it with her. The safety features are just brilliant, she is only 2 years old and can easily get on and off the tramp with the safety steps, the springs are well tucked away, not even really visible, so I feel very confident and reassured that she cannot be harmed by the springs, and the safety net around the edge is such good quality, it always feels cooler inside the tramp, so I am sure the net is sun screen net too, would recommend these to anyone. The trampoline has been the hit of the year. All the kids love it - little ones and big ones. The net and pads are brilliant -it is so much better and safer than the tramp that we had as kids! It was easy to assemble - when we read the instructions properly. You do need three adults to assemble it. We have a big yard area and it's high wind, so the pegs that attach it to the ground are not really sufficiently robust - they either need to be heavier or longer. My kids just love playing on this tramp. I look after pre schoolers for a living and know they are all safe on there, even if my back is turned. It is excellent quality, was easy to assemble and is definately getting its money's worth!! So safe and hours of fun. We put up the trampoline on Christmas morning and were pleasantly surprised at how easy and quick it was to set up. We were a bit unsure about the size but a 10ft trampoline was all we could fit in our garden so we had no choice but to go for the smallest option. We were really pleased with the size of the mat area as the springs are small but this does not affect the quality of the "bounce". Firstly, No1 Fitness service and delivery were excellent. The delivery was quick and they organised a time in advance to ensure someone was home - great!
The product is excellent: the trampolene components sturdy and robust. Excellent that there were the little extras like the shoe holder and ladder. Installation of the net wasn't as easy as shown in the instructional video, so make sure that there are a few people on hand to help with its erection. We bought our 3 year old daughter this trampoline for her birthday and it's the best present we have ever bought her!

She had her cousins over that night and 4 of them (aged 2,3,7 and 8) played on it all night. The following day she was outside bouncing and doing 'tricks' by herself for over an hour AND we can go and have a bounce with her too. It pretty much doubles as a babysitter when we are outside as you can't get the kids off it. We purchased the 10ft Big Bounce for our kids (ages 2 and 5) for christmas 2011. Delivery was quick and easily in time for xmas. The you-tube video clip on setup was VERY USEFUL and I highly recommend it to others tyring to set up a trampoline in the dark on christmas eve!! The actual base was easiily and quickly set up. The net is much more of a challenge to one's relationship with the person assisting trampoline setup!
The trampoline has been used every day since setup and is enjoyed by every member of the family from 2 and 5yr old kids, to mum, dad and even grandma! The steps are easily negotiated both up and down by my 2yr old, a fantastic asset, as are the included ground anchors to keep the tramp from flying off into the next door neighbors yard.
overall, the best xmas present this year was easily the 10ft Big Bounce tramp.

We bought the trampoline as an early xmas present for our son and he loves it. The safety net is strong and secure providing great protection for a not yet 2 year old, as well as his dad :) The 150kg weight limit means that our son and one of us can safely be on the tramp at the same time. Our tramp only took a few day's to arrive, and it went up really easily, except for the ring at the top of the net, as it wasn't a flexi pole, I think my husband snapped it trying to get it go through and join together. Other than that, the kids love their new tramp, it's easy for the youngest one (three) to get up and down by herself, and I don't worry about them falling off, like the old one we had. We ordered a 12 ft trampoline via the internet, and 1 week later it arrived. The only problem we had was hding the tramp from the children who were to receive the gift. Assembly of the trampoline was remarkably simple. The safety net caused a few issues, but all was in place within 90 minutes. Receiving the video of thye assembly process was a very good and time saving idea.

Exellent customer service, we wanted to add on another purchase, which they did over the phone and joined the two orders very professional. The tramp arrived on the day they said it would and the company delivering phoned before hand and arrnaged for delivery to fit in with me, again amazing! We purchased this trampoline for our 2-year old for Christmas. It was fairly straightforward to set up and the online videos were very helpful. The quality is excellent and it has a great bounce. The anchor kit is absolutely worth having as not all tramps come with them. When my friend's tramp blew onto her neighbours roof a couple of weeks ago (!) I was so glad ours had one. However all that aside, the main thing is that our son LOVES it. He plays on it several times a day and it's a great feeling knowing he is safe inside the nets and has a great place to let off steam. I bought a 10 feet tramp through Number one fitness after doing a lot of research into prices, quality, ease of assembly and the retalier before deciding to buy it through these guys.

the package arrived after a few days of ordering and I was pleased to see the quality of the tramp. I am not a big fan of assembling things myself, however they have a 10 minute step by step video on Youtube which made the assemble so much easier. there are all the tools needed to assemble the tramp without having to look for more tools in your tool box which makes it easier for someone who hasn't got a lot of tools lying around in their homes.

My daughter absolutely loves it, the weather in Auckland hasn't helped otherwise she might spend the entire day out on the Tramp.

The best part for me is the quality, service at their Auckland store and the assembly video on youtube.

Pretty easy to assemble, put it together without looking at instructions until we came to putting the net up, what a laugh, we tried to place it outside the poles which just wasnt going to work. Lucky No.1 Fitness had some instructional pieces on u-tube which made us realise we had to keep the net inside the poles...if you purchase this and see this on u-tube you willl know what I mean... Wow, the kids just could not wait to jump on that thing. They are only 4 and 2 but they went hard...I have been told that tramps with nets are often dangerous, I disagree, at least I can see my kids are safe and falling on the tramp and not on the springs or the ground. The bounce is good and holding up to 150kg in weight it is good for myself and the kids together. The main thing I am impressed by is that the net is taught and is still in great condition. I see so many trampolines in the neighbourhood with drooping and torn nets, so i wanted to get a trampoline with long lasting nets and good support at the top, the big bounce has just that and warrentees too. My sister in law got a similar trampoline for her kids for Christmas and the net is already torn at the zip and pulled in several places so I am glad we opted for this product instead! Well not owning a trampoline since I was 8, 24 years is a long time between jumps. This time it was not bought for me. I purchased the tramp for my sons. They love it, I love it just purely for the fact that I dont have to have my eyes on my youngest son (2yrs Old) the whole time he is on it. The net is strong and flexible enough for him to bounce against it and it flings him straight back to the middle of the tramp. The whole family loves it. Totally safe for our little one.
The only downfall was putting it together. But then again, what do you expect when you dont read the instructions....lol.
The service was great and it arrived when it was suppose to arrive, ON TIME. I would have no hesitations about recommending this product and Number One Fitness' top service.

I am very impressed with the quality of this product. I have found it excellent for my two boys. It is easy enough even for my two year old to climb into due to the ladder which came with the trampoline, and he is even able to pull the zip down himself once inside, so I can be assured that he will not fallout or off.

We purchased our Tramp over the internet last year for a Christmas present for our two daughters. (5 years and 2 years) It came quickly and was easy to put together. We have had endless fun on the tramp over summer and the oldest daughter said it was the best present ever!!
It is easy to move around the section, sturdy but most of all it is safe.
All the neighbour-hood kids love coming over and jumping on it.

We purchased a tramp for the kds christmas present, it arrived quickly and the man delivering it was very helpful in stealthily stashing it in the garage without the Kids noticing! It was packaged brilliantly with great instructions, this tramp came with a ladder which many other tramps do not come with and the kids have been thrilled with their present ever since!
