Bike arrived quickly from ChCh, and was able to track delivery in progress - nice. Delivery instructions: it was really good to be able to get the delivery company to call me when the bike arrived in Wellington, so I could organise being at home for the delivery - convenient. It was fairly easy to set up - some muscle required if doing it by yourself. There's a lot of packaging to dispose of, but that's ok - the bike arrived in good shape, with all parts present and accounted for!

The bike works exactly how I envisaged it would - great, no surprises! The bike is fairly robust, no loose rattling seat or handle bars etc, all good. The frame is solid and doesn't wobble. I'm confident the pedals won't fly off or anything. It doesn't take up much space. The noise from the bike 'in operation' so to speak is quite reasonable, nothing to complain about really.

The speedo/computer is useful and works well. It didn't sit well on the attachment bit initially - trimming back the rubber on the handle bars (just a little) with a craft knife fixed that easily (also a single wrap of tape on the 'perch' ensured it sat firmly). The elbow rests were a bit flimsy and I took those off the handle bars - not really necessary. The handlebars are black so they can be overlooked in a dimmed room -some cheap white tape on the end makes them stand out so nobody gets pitchforked ;-)

Overall it's a good purchase. It does what it says on the can. I can ride it in the living room, watching the telly. I can use it as a warm up so I can stretch and then be ready to go for a good run right from the door step. I can work it into other exercise I'm doing as part of a circuit of sorts. I can use it to warm down and as as an aid while stretching. I think I've even used the handle bars to dry some washing on! No problems with my purchase -- second item I've bought from this company online and happy both times.

Found this bike easy to use, adjusting your workouts simple and quick. Just hop on and pedal. Doesn't take up much room, only downside seat adjustment needs to be able to go down more for us of shorter stature otherwise this is my wet weather workout and my comeback from injury exercise but mainly my mix it up running workout. Having been drawn in by the cheap price and having never used a spin bike I took a gamble and I am glad I did.

The bike has been great and being able to get it outside (when it's not raining) easily is perfect, comfortable and smooth to ride. Overall the quality is very good making it very good value for the money.

Excellent unit for the home user. Very supprised with the quality and solidness of this unit. Runs smooth and easy to use. The speedo can drop in and out of connectiona wee bit and is not a great mount onto the bars but the bike itself feels just like a propper gym bike to me. Can be wheeled around easily and does not take up too much space either so if you want something in your home that you can jump on for half an hour or so whilst your watching tv this is very reasonably priced indeed and will do the job admirably. This product has been awesome for my training group, especially on those cold days when warming up outside has not been the best scenario or if they have had an injury and we want a low impact workout.

If I had more money I would buy another one, as it is just so handy to have.

As such I totally recommend this product as it is great value for money and provides a great training tool for all abilities.

I bought this bike because my sparring partner at my MMA club got on my case about my poor cardio and I saw this as the perfect option to bring it up to and beyond standard. I love it, in fact, nothing else I have done before has made me build up a sweat like this machine. First delivery of bike had a large dented scratch on the flywheel. I returned the bike and No. 1 Fitness promptly repaired the fault. I'm impressed with their service as well as the bike. Makes an unusual sound when first you pedal but it disappears once you start picking up speed (maybe that's the point - to get you moving!!). I'm very happy with my purchase. Cheers!
