I have enjoyed this cross trainer. It suits anyone on a budget as it is affordable and good quality. I had one vital piece missing when we put the trainer together and I sent an e-mail straight away and the piece turned up the next day! Hows that for service :) (Posted on 31/01/12)

I am very happy with my recent reasonably priced purchase from number one Fitness.
The machine is small enough to fit in the spare room, quiet enough to not scare the cat and doubles as a clothing rack when I am not blitzing through 100s of unwanted calories.

Im a middle aged guy who was completely out of shape. I brought the cross trainer as a gentle but effective way to ge some kind of fitness back....The first time I used it I only managed about 2min...gradually it got better and now it is up to 20 mins and rising..I feel alot better and whereas before my kness were stiff and i could hardly run things have improved dramatically. The product arrived quickly, left the assembling to my husband and son, have been enjoying the machine for 2 main reasons - don't have to leave my home to exercise (hated to go for a walk on rainy days before), and in 30 minutes workout I sweat and use much more energy and way more muscles than on my previous 30 minutes power walks! For the price of perhaps a six-month gym membership I have now have a permanent gym fixture in my own home, which I am SO much more motivated to use. This crosstrainer was ridiculously cheap, arrived within days of payment and only took a couple of hours to assemble. I use it almost everyday and as it incorporates both arms and legs it's a fantastic workout. Shows a range of useful statistics, including how many calories each workout has burned, which is great for people like me who are dieting. Great price, great product, GREAT purchase! The great thing about this machine is, it makes you do all the work, instead the machine doing it for you. A good solid 1 hour will get you sweating. I lost 20KG after exercising for 1 hour on a daily bases.

This cross trainer provides a great overall fitness workout. It was quite time consuming and challenging to put together (there are a lot of parts!) but once assembled the product is good. It has quite high resistence even on the lowest setting so probably best for mid to high fitness levels. Best of all it is silent when you use it which makes it perfect for using in front of the TV! It was a bit daunting putting it together , but am so glad I have it.
I was very unfit and it has been great being able to hope on during the day for a couple of minutes at a time 3 times a day and I have slowly built up my fitness.
It is a great easy action and is quiet.

The ordering, payment and delivery were excellent. Took a little longer to assemble than I had anticipated but everything was there and well packaged. It is very stylish and not bulky so slots into our small living room with ease and you hardly see its there. Extremely easy to operate and use and so quiet! The day my crosstrainer arrived was so exciting! It was extremely easy to assemble, and even easier to use!! I use it every second day... and am feeling the benefits of being able to exercise in my own time. I don't have to worry about putting my daughter in a creche while I exercise and she loves "watching mummy on her crosstrainer" which is good for her to see how important exercise is :)

The Lifegear cross trainer is fantastic, it does everything I need it to do. I found it fun to get out onto it and 'walk' for upto 45 minutes a time. I have a cardiac condition and so took it slow and on the lowest level at first but have already gone up to the next level and am walking faster. My biggest thrill is that I have no ankle, or lower back pain after a session on it, something that street walking always left me with, the result of old injuries.
We received it so promptly too, which meant I started exercising while I was still really in the mood!

Absaloutley love my cross trainer. I live in Dunedin and its normally so cold I rarely get out bed to attend my uni lectures let alone get outside for some exersize. It was simple; I decided I needed my own fitness machine at home that I could afford on a student budget, hoped on line and found just what I wanted with number one fitness, and 2 days later it was all go.

Loving the new cross trainer. Was easy to set up. Sturdy and provides a quick and reliable workout which is adjustable to how your feeling and how hard you want to go. The digital display is easy to follow. I have never been a fan of the cross-trainer, especially in front of people. The thing i was most amazed about is not only are you pushing yourself with adjustable levels and tracking your workout with an easy to use digital display, is that its a good fast challenging work out and far better at home at your own leisure.
