Exercise Bikes vs Spin Bikes
The primary difference between exercise and spin bikes is that you can “freewheel” with an exercise bike, but you cannot with a spin bike. Spin bikes use a weighted flywheel that’s directly connected to the pedals, if the wheel is spinning then the pedals are moving. Spin bikes generally provide a much tougher workout and more direct resistance to give you results faster.
