Money Back Guarantee
Getting a refund is easy - Here's what you need to do:
- Call our friendly customer service team on 0800 222 190 or email email@example.com within 10 days from the purchase date on your invoice notifying us that you wish to return your goods under the "10 Day Money Back Guarantee Policy". Tell us your invoice number / date of purchase / model name and reason for requesting the return. For example, "Goods were too large".
- Download and complete the No1 Fitness Returns form and return the completed form with the returned package.
All products must be returned to our Christchurch branch:

The Nitty Gritty:
- The goods must be purchased online either in-store, online from www.no1fitness.co.nz, or over the phone 0800 222 190.
- Download the No1 Fitness Returns form and fill this up. Notify us by email, firstname.lastname@example.org, within 10 days from the date on your invoice of the return.
- Return the goods to our Auckland or Christchurch warehouses, at your cost, in as new condition with all packaging (internal and external), accessories, manuals complete with the original sales invoice and the No1 Fitness Returns form.
- We will refund the value of the goods excluding all shipping costs, once our technicians have assessed the item for any damage.
- 10 Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to Faulty or Damaged goods. Faulty or Damaged goods are processed under our Warranty Terms & Conditions.
- A refund will be made in the same tender as the original purchase.
- Not valid for supplement purchases.
