This is a great rack. It was a step up from the one we were currently using and the feeling of being safer when squatting is priceless.

I've attempted squats before without a rack, just using another person as a spotter, and it was very difficult even at lighter weights. The Iron Power Squat Rack makes everything so much easier, from getting into position, to swapping out plates, and maintaining correct form. If you're thinking about starting on squats, I highly recommend this rack.

Nice rack! (Heh, heh) This is a great piece of equipment. It's lightweight, but seems very sturdy. It was really easy to assemble. It's versatile - I use it for squats and bench presses. No complaints at all. Well worth the price!

This is a nice squat stand but on its own it is potentially dangerous when using heavy weights on its top as for doing squats; I have since bolted it to our concrete floor to hold it in position which has made it safe. Without this there is a possibility of it toppling... or at least wobbling and moving sideways. Other than that, the rack is sturdy and easy to use. I recommend it to anyone squatting less than 100kg who doesn't want to spend the money on a more substantial rack. I also use it for bench presses, incline & decline bench, shoulder presses (a bit awkward), and for shrugs. Good all round useful machine.

good squat rack. Fast build, and light enough to move, but its lightness may also be a bit of a problem. Because it is really light, sometimes when the weights have been put back on the rack could shake. Therefore, it is important to be safe and put some gym floor tiles or other things to make sure that the squat rack is on a grippy surface or is weighted down. Other than that, very good product that has a good range of height for a person that is below 180cm
