Warranty Process Returns

PROCESS  

Here’s what you need to do:

If you have a defective or damaged item please contact us immediately:

  1. Call our friendly Customer Support Team on 0800 222 190 (9am – 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and 10am - 5:30pm on Sundays) or email us: enquiry@no1fitness.co.nz
  2. The following information is required to enable to us determine the best resolution
    Account holders name, Invoice number, date of purchase, description of item, contact name and daytime contact number and photos or videos of the fault or damage.
  3. We will contact you within 2 – 3 working days
  4. NOTE: The majority of repairs can easily be resolved with a over the phone, for more complex issues our Customer Support Team will discuss the best solution for you.
    If we cannot resolve the issue locally through a service agent, you may be required to return the goods (at your expense for freight) to either our Auckland or Christchurch Technical Service Centre. (No.1 Fitness will return the product back to you once repaired/replaced at our expense).
  5. DO NOT return the goods before first making contact with our Customer Support Team, we need to provide you with some important information for the courier / freight company.
